pumpkin 600g
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Suger 4 tbsp
Starch powder 2 tbsp
Pan frying powder 6tbsp
Oil

1. Wash the old pumpkin once in water, remove the seeds, peel it, and cut it with a knife.
*Be careful with your hands
2. Put 600g of sliced pumpkin, half a spoonful of salt, and 4 spoonful of sugar in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. When water is produced, add 2 teaspoons of starch powder and 6 teaspoons of pancake powder to adjust the concentration.
*I never put water in it!
4. Put a lot of oil, preheat it, and fry it until golden brown, and it's done!
