Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe - पालक पनीर पराठा | Palak Paratha Recipe | paratha kaise banate hain
After trying all kinds of combinations in Paratha; it’s now official- Palak and Paneer are the best combination. So getting both of them married into Palak Paneer Paratha. Recipe is easy and Result was just mind blowing.
Ingredients :
A bunch of Spinach (Add Palak in hot water, remove in 2 min & transfer in a bowl of Ice Water to cool down)
Chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta)
Salt as per taste
1 tbs Oil + more Oil for roasting
Water (as required)
150 gm grated Paneer
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Chilli Flakes
Finely chopped veggies (Green Chillies, Onion & Coriander)
Method :-
To Make Palak Puree:
In a mixer jar, take blanched Spinach
Add chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add 2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Churn to make puree and keep aside
Take 1 cup Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl
Add Palak Puree prepared
Add Salt as per taste
Add 1 tbs Oil
Add a little Water (as required) and knead a soft dough
Apply some Oil and rest the dough
To Make Paneer Stuffing:
In a mixing bowl, take 150 gm grated Paneer
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Salt as per taste
Add Chilli Flakes
Add finely chopped veggies (Green Chillies, Onion & Coriander)
Mix it well and roll out few balls from this mixture
Further take a dough ball, flatten it with the help of hands
Place paneer stuffed ball in it, cover with the corners of dough
By using some dry flour roll it with the help of rolling pin
(Make more parathas with the same procedure)
Further heat the pan & place paratha on it
Drizzle some Oil and roast both the sides on medium heat
Roast until it's nice golden-brown
(Roast remaining parathas in the same way)
