Problems that can arise if your child is holding their urine for too long:
1. UTI
2. Weaken bladder muscles
3. Urine release becomes harder, the longer it is held

It's important to understand your child's bladder capacity. Let's break it down by age groups:
1-3 years old: 3-5oz. for 1-2 hours
4-12 years old: 7-14oz. for 2-4 hours
16-24oz. for 8-9oz.
