This weeks IT chat is a juicy one! The guys from the Information security team share how they are stopping threats, to Next, from hackers, bots and phishing emails, while working remotely.
They reveal some of the processes, pre and during Covid that have been developed to make sure the Leicester based business is constantly protected. Watch to see if you can spot how many cyber attacks Next as a business are getting, we think you'll be surprised.
We won't give the number away but there's definitely been an increase in the number of entry attacks. Whether it be from automated bots or phishing emails that are trying to use the Covid situation to take advantage of people working in a remote world.
Luckily, the teams have some great tools in place and have done lots of work informing their colleagues on the risk and how we can all work together to tackle these threats protect everyones digital data.
