Here’s a Pro Tip that you can use to improve your Recruitment Marketing and employer branding strategy.
One of the things that PandoLogic was really helpful with is how to make sure that the job ads that we placed through different job boards and websites were getting more attention from job seekers and candidates.
Another thing that was really helpful was taking down all of our job posts on a weekly basis and reposting them. Every week when a job seeker is looking on job sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google Jobs or our website, it will say this job post was put up two days ago, instead of, for example, 23 days ago or two months ago. Because what we found is that a lot of applicants would see a job description and it said it was posted 45 days ago and they would assume that the job must have been filled because why would it still be there?
As part of our recruiting process, every week we close down all of our job ads and then repost them to recruit for our open positions. And even though it’s time consuming, it is much easier doing it through PandoLogic rather than doing it over and over again manually by ourselves.
