Germany, Multiple locations - The Munich Security Conference (MSC) continues in the Bavarian capital on Saturday, February 19. The annual conference is held as an in-person event this year for the first time since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. The MSC serves as a global platform for discussing issues of international security, with hundreds of high-profile decision makers participating from around the world.​ Days before the MSC, the chair of the event announced that the Russian government would not be sending a representative this year.
