This is from the series "Dopesick", episode 5. Due to overdose concerns, the OC160 was very short lived, introduced 2000 then withdrawn in 2001/2.

For context, 160mg is the equivalent of taking about 20x doses of morphine (or 16x doses of oxycodone as they marketed a 10mg pill as the lowest/starting dose). So unless you've been taking the drug for months or years your body won't handle such a high dose very well, some fatalities did occur (often with combination of other drugs)
