U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson called the death of two people during the London Bridge stabbing incident was "heartbreaking news."
He also spoke about concerns he had of "violent criminals" coming out of prisons too soon, and said they must enforce the "appropriate sentences" for criminals.
