Tens of squatters on the 3,000-acre piece of land proposed for setting up the Dongo Kundu Economic Zone in Mombasa County have a reason to smile as the Government says it will compensate them for the land.
The compensation is set to take place as the Government puts into motion plans to ensure that the construction of the second and third phases of the Dongo Kundu By-pass commences in April next year.
