Resep Risoles Mayo Isi Smoked Beef Keju (7 pcs)
Bahan saus isian:
12 sdm mayones
3 sdm kental manis / madu
1 ½ sdm mustard
1 sdm saus sambal (opsional)
¼ sdt merica
1-2 sdm susu
Isian:
7 slice beef bacon/ham/bacon
45 gr keju cheddar
2 butir telur rebus, potong
1 batang daun bawang, iris (opsional)
Bahan kulit risol:
125 gr tepung terigu
1 sdm maizena
130 ml air
200 ml susu
½ sdt garam
2 sdm minyak
1 butir telur
Pelapis:
Telur
Tepung roti (tepung panko)
Langkah:
1. Untuk kulit risol, campurkan semua bahan kemudian aduk menggunakan ballon whisk
2. Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil menuju sedang, tunggu hingga wajannya panas
3. Tuang adonan kulit risol, ratakan
4. Masak sebentar kulit risol, lepaskan dari wajan menggunakan spatula, tuang ke atas piring
5. Untuk saus, campurkan mayones dengan kental manis, mustard, saus sambal, dan merica, aduk
6. Tambahkan susu, aduk rata
7. Siapkan kulit risol, masukkan isian smoked beef, telur rebus, daun bawang, mayones, dan keju
8. Kemudian gulung kulit risol, masukkan ke dalam telur lalu tepung roti sebagai pelapis
9. Panaskan minyak, goreng risol sampai kuning keemasan, tiriskan
10. Risoles mayo isi smoked beef keju siap disajikan

Rissole with Smoked Beef & Cheese Recipe (7 pcs)
Mayo Sauce ingredients:
12 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp condensed milk / honey
1.5 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
¼ tsp pepper
1-2 tbsp milk
Filling:
7 slice beef bacon/ham/bacon
45 g cheese
2 pc boiled egg, sliced
1 pc green onion, sliced (optional)
Rissole Skin ingredients:
125 g flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
130 ml water
200 ml milk
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 pc egg
Coating:
Egg
Breadcrumbs (panko)
Steps:
1. For the skin, combine all the ingredients and stir with a balloon whisk.
2. Heat the pan on low to medium heat. Wait until the pan is hot.
3. Pour the Rissole skin batter in. Swirl to even the spread.
4. Cook for a bit. Release the skin from the pan with a spatula and transfer to a plate.
5. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise with condensed milk, mustard, chili sauce, and pepper. Stir.
6. Add the milk in. Mix evenly.
7. Prepare the Rissole skin. Add the smoked beef, boiled egg, green onions, mayo sauce, and cheese.
8. Fold the skin. Dip it in the egg then the breadcrumbs to coat.
9. Heat some oil and fry the Rissole until golden brown. Set aside.
10. Mayo Rissole with Smoked Beef & Cheese is ready to serve.
