I can stand in the mirror shirtless and flex my abs all day long. I can entertain you with funny gym videos, whether they be impressions, skits or whatever. I can come up with healthy fast food/junk food recipes for the rest of my life.
But I can’t achieve a fitness model physique for you. I can’t make you go to the gym. I can’t force you to track your calories. The only person who can do any of those things is you.
