The Mission Command Center of Excellence will meet the Secretary of the Army's priorities to reform organizations and drive efficiencies by integrating the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) and the Center for Army Leadership (CAL) into one new dynamic organization the Center for the Army Profession and Leadership (CAPL).
