War and turmoil seem to characterize our world today. One place where war and turmoil have been overcome to a significant extent is NORTHERN IRELAND. The EUROPEAN UNION played a large role in bringing this about.
ANDREW ELLIOTT—the Director of the Northern Ireland Bureau in the United States—speaks on Northern Ireland's road to PEACE and RECONCILIATION with a keynote talk and Q&A panel discussion with Ambassador Barbara Stephenson and Professor Klaus Larres.

Introduced and moderated by Dr. Klaus Larres, the Richard M. Krasno Distinguished Professor of History & International Affairs at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
