Haryana is voting on Saturday in the high-stakes election for the 90-seat assembly in a single phase. Over 2.03 crore voters are exercising their mandate as the BJP aims for a third consecutive term, while the Congress seeks a return to power. Regional players, including Dushyant Chautala's Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), also hope to play the role of kingmaker. The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), led by four-time Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, is also in the fray. The three-phase assembly elections across 90 seats in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir concluded on October 1. With Haryana concluding its polling on Saturday evening, exit poll predictions will be released afterward.
