Fetid Devourer Normal and Fetid Devourer Heroic guide! This Fetid Devourer guide will show you the Fetid Devourer abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Fetid Devourer fight. Mythic Fetid Devourer has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Fetid Devourer guide. Fetid Devourer is a fairly straightforward early boss in Uldir that should pose little trouble for Uldir progression.

Fetid Devourer Tank Guide: Keep an eye on the counting down Thrashing Terror stacks to prepare for the Terrible Thrash hit. Especially after the Fetid Devourer enrages with Fetid Frenzy after 50% health, use active mitigation for Terrible Thrash whenever possible.

Healers will want to prioritize topping up targets with Malodorous Miasma that's about to expire to ensure they're healthy going into the heavy Putrid Paroxysm DoT. Everyone should avoid the Waste Disposals when active to avoid picking up more Malodorous Miasma. The Corpuscle adds left behind after the Waste Disposal ends need to be killed before they cast Enticing Essence. Avoid the Rotting Regurgitation cone attack, and on Heroic position between the boss and a near wall to prevent getting knocked super far back by the Fetid Devourer's Shockwave Stomp.
