British appliance maker, Dyson, is joining the global race to build electric cars, announcing it's opening its first auto factory in Singapore. It's a move that some say is a snub to its Brexit-bound home base, but as Sandy Huang reports, it's expected to create hundreds of jobs in Singapore.
