1.5 cups thin poha/flattened rice
1 cup makhana/fox nuts
1/4 cup raw peanuts
1/4 tsp kala namak/black salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp sendha namak/pink himalayan salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
12 cashews
12 almonds
20 raisins
3 tsp ground dhagewali mishri/threadedd crystallised sugar or normal sugar (optional)
20-25 kadi patta/curry leaves
