"I was charged a lot of money by Mr Appliance to fix a problem with my Viking stove. The technician came to my home a few times to try and fix the problem with the stove that he charged me for but to this day has not fixed the problem. I need Mr Appliance to refund the money for the service we requested last February 2023 or fix the problem without trying to guess on what part to repair on the stove."
