I was Level 89 during this fight. Not sure if I was underleveled for this entire dungeon, but everything could kill me in like 2-3 hits easy.

I found that a single poison knife was enough to poison the boss. That doesn't mean this makes the boss a cakewalk, though. You still gotta' be on your toes or else a good combo or two will wreck your shit, if you're not careful.
