In today's video, we will do a guided breathing exercise to not only how to detox and cleanse your lungs for improved health and better breathing, but to detox your whole body, mind and soul.
We will breath in for 5 counts, hold our breath for 25 counts, exhale for 15 counts, and hold for 5 counts. It is not an easy exercise, but I will guide you through it.
If you have respiratory problems, maybe you should ask your doctor whether this exercise is safe for you. I have asthma, and I find that this exercise helps me a lot when I have an asthma attack. Remember that I am not a doctor, and I am only sharing things that I learn and use in my own life.
You should practice this breathing exercise either sitting or lying down. Please do not practice this breathing exercise in water, even shallow water! I have never heard of anyone losing consciousness doing this exercise, but things happen, so make sure you are in a safe environment. And yes, drowning in shallow water is very real.
Make sure you use your common sense whenever you are doing breathing exercises, and take care of your safety.
