A test for the integrity of the acromio-clavicular joint.
The test is positive at the end of the maneuver there is pain at or near the acromio-clavicular joint.
A positive test indicates acromio-clavicular lesions inc arthritis, subluxation or possibly an inflamed subacromial bursa. Also consider an anterior labral tear.
