Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bread slices 4-5 or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken & chop well.
-Transfer it to a bowl,add red chilli crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,mustard paste, cornflour,spring onion,egg & mix until well combined.
-Trim bread edges & cut into small cubes.
-With the help of wet hands,take mixture (40g) & make balls of equal sizes.
-Now coat chicken ball with bread cubes & press gently to set the shape.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden & crispy (makes 15).
