See how to perform a lower ball joint replacement on a Polaris Ranger 900 XP in this video from Partzilla.com. We’ll show you how to remove the wheel and then remove the A-arm on our Polaris Ranger. Our unit has a brush guard, so we need to get that off first.
Then, we’ll remove the ball joint on our Polaris Ranger and then press a new ball joint into place. Then we’ll reinstall the A-arm. Pay attention during the installation for the specific torques on the bolts holding the A-arm in place and the lug nuts that hold the wheel on the unit.
