Tomato Spinach Tortellini soup
9 oz cheese tortellini
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
32 oz chicken stock
1 onion diced
1-2 cloves garlic minced
5 oz baby spinach
1 cup cream (optional)

Saute onion and garlic
add Chicken stock and bring to boil
Add salt and pepper
Add tomatoes and tortellini
simmer for 5 mins
Add spinach and wilt for 5 mins
add cream and simmer for 5 mins
top with parm cheese

Lasagna Soup
1.25 lbs ground beef
1 onion
1 jar pasta sauce
32 oz beef stock
5 - 6 lasagna noodles uncooked
1 cup cream
1 cup parm cheese

brown beef and onion
add pasta sauce and beef stock
Cook on low 6 hrs or high 4 hrs
30 mins before serving add broken lasagna noodles
Add cream
Serve with mozarella cheese or ricotta

Mexican Corn Chowder
1/2 onion diced
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernal corn drained
1 can green chiles
2 cans cream corn
1 can chicken broth

Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low 6 hrs or high 4 hrs
Add cream

Serve with cheddar cheese
