Kaveh Madani, who is currently at the MacMillan Center as a Henry Hart Rice Senior Fellow, is an environmental scientist, educator, and activist, who works at the interface of science, policy, and society. He previously served as deputy head of Iran's Department of Environment and is known for his role in raising public awareness about water and environmental problems there.
