May, 26, who defeated Timeless Toni Storm for the AEW women's title, is from England. She wrestled throughout Europe and also competed in Japan, working/training a year with Stardom, which helped elevate her game, before embarking to America. She currently resides in Orlando, making it a short drive to "AEW's Worlds End" PPV.
