After a trip to the easy to find Owl's Head Market Tour Guide I set off to collect the last two at the Graff Gem Mines. One is in the new Graff Gem Mines Entrance scene and the other is underground. I do get killed once outside - serves me right for standing still - but when I reach the underground Tour Guide I manage to pick off the enemies one at a time and then complete the quest.

It seems like there are a couple of side missions you can complete in the Mines - finding a necklace and collecting gems. However I didn't find the necklace (didn't want to loot the corpses until I was done as this seems to trigger them to respawn), and although I found gems I couldn't work out what to do with them. In the end I cut off the video right after putting on the Santa hat rather than let it drag on through all of that.
