In this video I will be showing you a dashboard I created using Cognos Analytics 11.1.6.
The client wanted to gain more insight from an airline satisfaction survey completed by their customers.
Insight Gained: The airlines need to work more on reducing the number of flights they delay and cancel. The customers who were very dissatisfied had their flights either delayed or cancelled.
