Kenyan President William Ruto dismissed most of his cabinet following deadly protests against his plan to raise more than $2 billion in new taxes. In an address to the nation on Thursday, Ruto also signaled that he will pivot to a government that may include members of opposition parties. Bloomberg's David Malingha reports.
