Are career coaches worth it? Back in 2020, I was changing careers and didn't feel confident about where I was heading, so I bit the bullet and hired a career coach. To my surprise, it was extremely valuable in helping me gain clarity in what I wanted in my career transition.
This is my honest review on whether they are worth it, and a few exercises that I did, which I found the most useful.
