Episode three in the series exploring the grassroots of rugby in Wales. @IWRTV is a collaboration between Paul Turner Rugby and Dischro Creative.

This episode begins in Newbridge RFC, with presenter Gareth Spencer introducing the game against local rivals Blackwood, followed by a discussion with Newbridge team manager Darren Venn about the teams performance to date. The show goes on to discuss the future of Championship level rugby in Wales with former Wales and Lions prop Graham Price and ex-Wales international Alix Popham. This episode also features highlights from Rygbi Gogledd Cymru's top-of-the-table game against Pontypool RFC and discussions with other experts from the Welsh game; such as former Chief Argus Rugby Writer Robin Davey.
