I was looking to try Sate Babi in Ubud, Bali.

My friend, KM, recommended me to Twist restaurant. Twist is known for its innovative take on traditional Indonesian cuisine.

I liked Twist's version of Sate Babi. Their pork was tender and juicy, with a flavorful marinade that perfectly balances sweet and savory. Their peanut sauce was also well-done – it was rich and creamy, with a slightly spicy kick. I especially liked that the peanut sauce was not too sweet.
