Hi today’s recipe is soft spongy Khaman Dhokla with TALOD Khaman Mix which is very easy to make ..

Ingredients
TALOD Khaman mix 200 gm
Water 170 ml

For small packet
Water 2 tbsp

For tadka/ tempering
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard/ rai 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 2
Curry leaves
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Water 1/4th cup

Garnish coriander leaves & fresh grated coconut
