節目簡介:
三個前蘇聯加盟共和國各有不同的歷史背景，2004 年前都出現同樣的政變，稱為「顏色革命」。三個加盟共和國革命後無一不是親美國、親西方，但十年過後被推崇的「民主和人權」基礎是否更加鞏固、民生福祉經濟發展是否增長？似曾相識的鬥爭策略十年內不單傳遍中東令不少軍政強人倒台下野，而今更到臨亞洲，一切政治爭拗究竟是追求民主不二之法？還只不過是爭權的手段？亞洲電視新聞部派出記者走訪這三個東歐中亞國家與當地市民、學者、商人、政治人物、外交人員，全方位採訪深入了解「顏色革命」的觸發革命以後的社會變化，希望可以為香港觀眾帶來反思啟發思路。

Each of the three former Soviet republics had a different historical background, but all had the same coup d'état before 2004, known as the 'Colour Revolutions'. All three republics were pro-American and pro-Western after their revolutions, but after ten years have passed, have the foundations of democracy and human rights been strengthened, and have the people's livelihoods and economic development increased? The familiar struggle tactics have not only spread throughout the Middle East in the past decade, but have also led to the downfall of many powerful military and political figures, and have now reached Asia. Or is it just a means to fight for powers? The ATV news division has sent reporters to visit these three East European and Central Asian countries to talk to their citizens, academics, businessmen, politicians, and diplomats, to gain an in-depth understanding of the social changes that have taken place since the 'Colour Revolutions'.
