Back at it after a three minth hiatus. Im working on a watercolour sketch before moving onto a watercolour commission this afternoon. Here, I'm doing a loose sketch of flowers in a vase, and using a ruling pen to apply masking fluid which will cover some areas that I'd like to leave white. Once the masking fluid dries I will wet the background and do a wash of light bluish grey before painting in the glass and flowers
