Caring for your handmade cutting board is an important part of ensuring it will last for a long time. In this short video we explain how we finish our boards so they will last generations.

To care for your board you will need to apply some mineral oil to it every couple of months. This will keep the board from drying out in your home with the low humidity

Another factor in care is how you wash and store them. NEVER place them in the dish washers. The high heat, water, chemicals can cause your board to split apart.

To wash your board simply scrub it with a brush or sponge and dish soap. Set it to dry by standing it up and allowing the water to run down.

Soak the board with mineral oil and it will be good to go.
