At the Black Community Convention, the Oakland chapter of the Black is Back Coalition will initiate the process of establishing a Black City Council, to contend with the existing neo-colonial city council of Oakland for the power to determine the economic and legal policies that effect the African community. At the same time, the Black is Back Coalition will begin to establish the African Community Self Defense Committee, as a form of African Community controlled police to contend with the terroristic colonial Oakland Police Department. If you want to be a part of real TRANSFORMATION in the conditions Africans suffer, then you MUST be at the Black Community Convention!

Rappers, Singers, Dancers Must Unite to Defend African Culture
The Black is Back Coalition is an organization of many different organizations worldwide who have come together on the principles of peace, social justice and reparations to the African community for 400 years of slavery and colonialism.
