half a bell pepper
1 onion
1 cup of tomato puree
2 cloves of garlic

9. Simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with cheese, let the cheese melt under the lid.

1 cup vegetable oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt or sour cream
1. Peel the eggplants from the skin.
2. Cut into thin strips without cutting the tail. If the eggplants are large, cut them in half.
3. Dissolve the salt in cold water and immerse the eggplants for 15-20 minutes.
4. Mix eggs with starch.
5. Put the breadcrumbs in a plate.
