This is a Mystery Gift event that I am showing for this video, and then I take on some Tera Raid Battles. This event ties in with various events themed around Eevee, and the items that you get are Evolution Stones and Vitamins, but no Eevee Tera Raid Event, that happened two years ago, which I find hard to believe that it has been that long since the release of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, and I don't like how we are never getting a Pokémon game in 2024, not even a spin-off game. I don't get the point of why they would reveal a new title in the Pokémon Presents earlier in the year and not give us any information on it since, I know they said it will come out in 2025, but we don't have any gameplay on Pokémon Legnds: Z-A, and they haven't even revealed the starters yet, no information since the announcement. It got to the point that I did a playthrough on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team on the Wii U Virtual Console because they didn't even announce or release a spin-off game, only for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team to come out on Game Boy Advance - Nintendo Switch Online.
I attempt a solo Tera Raid Battle against Torterra, and I haven't had any success with Serperior or any Grass-types, but I found success with Orthworm. I did read that Orthworm has Earth Eater to restore HP from any Ground-type moves used, and Orthworm can use Iron Defense and Body Press to get in some damage, and Mud-Slap is there to lower Torterra's accuracy.
I do some other Tera Raid Battles, but I didn't do the one in Paldea, because it was a Clodsire with the Flying Tera Type, or maybe it was Water, but I didn't want to take any chances as it could have Unaware and you wouldn't want to use an Electric-type against a Pokémon with Ground as its base type.
They did announce the next Tera Raid Event, and the featured Pokémon is a Shiny Rayquaza, but it is in the 5 Star Tera Raid Battles, so it is an easier opponent, you will want to prepare some Ice and Fairy-type Pokémon for that one, it depends on what moves Rayquaza has because its movepool is very wide, and it can use Swords Dance or Dragon Dance for a move to boost its stats. They have announced that leading up to the Rayquaza Tera Raid Event, certain Pokémon will be appearing in the Tera Raid Battles, usually those that are some of the best Pokémon to use in Tera Raid Battles, the first set is Corviknight and Bellibolt, then after that is Azumarill and Clodsire, and the third set is Annihilape and Kingambit, and those are in the 5 Star Tera Raid Battles, and to tie in with those events are some Mass Outbreak Events, and the featured Pokémon are Tinkatink in Paldea, the next is Wooper in Kitakami, then after that is Girafarig in the Terarium, and alongside those outbreaks is Chansey in Paldea.
At the same time the Rayquaza Tera Raid Event is happening, they announced that a Mass Outbreak event will tie in with that, and the featured Pokémon are Cetoddle in Paldea, Carbink in Kitakami, and Fraxure in the Terarium, and they have higher Shiny chances.
