Preheat Oven to 160°C Fan Forced (180°C Conventional)

Recipe
Pistachio Cream:
180 g White chocolate
100g Pistachios
3-5 tsp Vegetable Oil (Optional)

Pistachio Cookie:
115g Unsalted Butter (Cold)
120g Brown Sugar
70g White Sugar
1 Egg (Cold)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
245g AP Flour
1 tbsp Cornflour
1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
200g Milk Chocolate
100g Dark Chocolate
100g Pistachios (Optional: 80g for cookie dough, 20g for decoration)
