The film follows the 15th General Elections and presents the mammoth behind-the-scene preparation to ensure that the elections are held in accordance with norms and that each and every citizen of the country, from the metropolises to the most remote areas, is able to cast their votes. From ballet boxes to Electronic Voting Machines (EVM), the Indian elections are the most visible demonstration of democratic values and institutions.
