Here is a case of young male L4-5 Cauda Equina syndrom with both leg foot drop, patient was posted with emergency decompression and spine fixation, on decompression a huge disc fragment was removed, as shawn in video and thorough decompression was done, patient did well and foot drop recovered in 2 weeks, patient is walking at least 2 hours / day now.
