The Coalition has closed the gap on Labor after last week's budget - according to the latest Newspoll.
Support for the Coalition has improved one point to 36 per cent - while Labor's primary vote fell three points to 38 per cent.
The Greens picked up two points to move to ten per cent - which is in line with their result at the 2019 election.
Pauline Hanson's One Nation remained unchanged at three per cent.
