ABVP protesters are out on the streets of Thiruvananthapuram. This is in support of the PSC rank holders demanding the appointments of those who were included in the PSC rank lists and end regularization of temporary employees. Protests by PSC rank holders are gaining strength across Kerala. The job seekers staged protests at Kannur, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram. The Yuva Morcha and the ABVP also faced lathi charge as part of the protests. The protests have been longing for about a month now. The protest that began with a minor sit-in outside the state administration headquarters almost three weeks ago is now growing in proportion with various political outfits rushing to offer their solidarity.
