The court has dismissed the four petitions seeking a court-monitored probe into the Rafale jet deal under which India will purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets in a ready-to-fly condition from French defence manufacturer Dassault Aviation. The petitioners have called the verdict incorrect. However, Rahul Gandhi has hit back at Modi government alleging that the centre misled the Court. As per the Govt's statement in the SC, pricing details have been shared with CAG and with the Public Accounts Committee. Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge is the chairman of PAC and he says, no such report regarding pricing was submitted, says Rahul Gandhi.
