This modern 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria is located on the top floor of a 3-story (American) walk-up townhouse. Featuring hard wood floors and large windows, the home-sweet-home includes two double beds, two desks and efficient closet space. Amenities for utmost convenience include a personal laundry washer & dryer, television and dishwasher.

Two full-sized bathrooms with showers accommodate maximum comfort and privacy. The open kitchen area presents tiled floors, cabinetry and most essential cooking equipment. A small breakfast bar with three chairs acts as a divider from the living room. For overnight guests, there is a double futon in the living room!

Astoria is the most popular neighborhood of Queens, best known as home to New York City's oldest beer garden Bohemian Hall Beer Garden. The apartment, which is in close proximity to the N and Q trains, offers excellent transportation options into Manhattan and around other NYC boroughs. On sunny days, be sure to explore the gorgeous natural scenes presented in this residential neighborhood: including parks such as Socrates Sculpture Garden and Rainey Park, both within walking distance. Other must-visit attractions include Roosevelt Island Bridge and the American Museum of the Moving Image!
