4 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup pizza sauce
12 -14 slices pepperoni
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
