The court videorecorded the bench trial before Judge Vaughn R. Walker in Perry v. Schwarzenegger from January 11-27, 2010, and on June 16, 2010. By order of the court, these videos are now available for viewing.
All video file names are labeled by "YEAR-MONTH-DATE__TIME (24hr)". Ex: “2010-01-12__13h-33m-58s.mp4” would be a recording starting at 1:33:58 PM on January 12, 2010.
NOTES:
• Audio may be missing at the very beginning of a recording, due to the sound feed being turned on after the videorecording began. Skip forward to hear the sound.
• There are two different types of video files: MP4 and MPG.
• The MPG video recordings on 1/11/2010, part of 1/13/2010, and part of 1/25/2010 had a technical failure, so secondary recordings were substituted.
• The clock indicator within the video (in the upper-right corner of the screen) is the best indicator of the actual recording time.
