Dr.Pabriks emphasises the Rīga Conference 2022 as the war conference. "The discussion will be highly relevant first of all to understand what will end this war (in Ukraine), how this war will end, what is the future of Ukraine and what is the future of Europe? What we did wrong before, why we were not prepared enough and why we were trusting Moscow so much?"
