👉INGREDIENTS
* Maida
* Wheat Flour
* Chanadal
* Pinch of Salt
* Jaggery
* Ghee
* Oil
* Cardamom
👉 EXPLANATION
Take Maida Powder and prepare dough with required Oil and water
Now sprinkle oil around the dough to become more soft and preserve for two hours
Let us repeat the same process of preparing dough with wheat flour
Take Soaked chanadal and boil in cooker to become softer then grind them in mixy along with Jaggery & cardamon seeds and prepare stuffing dough
Now take the PAN with Ghee and mix the chanadal dough to become thicker in terms of dough and good taste
Take Chanadal dough balls and role and cover Maida dough then prepare in paratta shape by pressing all around
Now take the pressed stuff and fry on PAN with requried ghee
Continue the same process with Wheat flour dough and chanadal dough
